I’m a newborn care specialist and postpartum doula with a strong background in early childhood development and family wellness. After spending over a decade working with infants, young children, and parents, I’ve seen just how much care, reassurance, and gentle guidance families need during the first weeks and months after birth. There is often a gap between birth and feeling fully supported as you step into parenthood, and my work is centered on helping bridge that space.
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Development, grounding my work in a deep understanding of infant development, attachment, and the evolving needs of families during the fourth trimester. I spent six years working with the University of Michigan Towsley Children’s House and Michigan Medicine C.S. Mott Children’s Hospital, where I gained experience supporting both typically developing and medically complex infants.
My approach to postpartum care is warm, holistic, and compassionate. I believe in caring for the whole baby and the whole family, honoring not only physical needs, but emotional well-being, connection, and the rhythms that help both parent and baby feel safe and supported. My work is rooted in a whole-child philosophy that values each baby as an individual and supports the natural rhythms of infancy rather than rigid expectations or one-size-fits-all routines.
I focus on supporting the emotional, physical, and nervous system well-being of both baby and parent through responsive, attuned care. Drawing from a foundation rooted in nature and co-regulation, I help families slow down, tune into their baby’s cues, and build confidence in following what feels right for their unique child. As a postpartum doula, I provide newborn care guidance, feeding support, education, and practical help so families can rest, recover, and move through this season with greater ease.
Outside of work, I live a lifestyle rooted in holistic wellness and balance. I prioritize time in nature, intentional movement, and mindfulness practices, which help ground and sustain me and allow me to offer calm, presence, and thoughtful support to the families I serve.
